Annual TB statistics for 2015 published

Defra has published the latest monthly TB statistics. The figures, which cover the whole of 2015, show:

  • The number of new herd incidents in England in 2015 was 3,954 compared to 3,803 in 2014.
  • The number of cattle compulsorily slaughtered in England during 2015 was 28,033 compared to 26,413 in 2014.
